General Information
Planning an event? We offer a variety of options and a staff with experience to
provide you with an enjoyable and successful visit. The cuisine we offer is of the
highest quality, and any menu can be tailored to become uniquely yours. The facility
is unique because your guests can enjoy being outside as well as in.
We strongly encourage prospective customers to schedule an appointment to tour our facility and meet our banquet coordinator. The staff at LeRoy County Club would be pleased to offer specially designed menus tailored to your specific needs. Please contact us ( 585-768-6000 ) to discuss any questions you may have and check availability of specific dates.
The following guidelines and procedures will insure that you are totally satisfied with your event.
Deposits
We require a deposit to secure your date as definite. Your deposit will be applied
toward your final bill at full value. In the event that your scheduled function is
canceled, your deposit will become property of LeRoy Country Club.
Guarantees
We must have a tentative count 7 days prior to your event and a final guarantee 3
days before your event. The bill will be based on the final guarantee if less guests
than expected should attend. (We allow a 10% difference.)
Service Charge & Sales Tax
There will be an 18% Service Charge and 8% NYS Sales Tax on the total bill.
Beverage Service
We offer a complete selection of beverages at both of our bars to compliment your
event. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State of New
York. LeRoy Country Club, as a licensee, is responsible for administration of these
regulations. It is our policy that no liquor, beer or wine may be brought into the
facility from outside sources. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under
the age of 21.
