The following guidelines and procedures will insure that you are totally satisfied with your event.
We require a deposit to secure your date as definite. Your deposit will be applied toward your final bill at full value. In the event that your scheduled function is canceled, your deposit will become property of LeRoy Country Club.
We must have a tentative count 7 days prior to your event and a final guarantee 3 days before your event. The bill will be based on the final guarantee if less guests than expected should attend. (We allow a 10% difference.)
Service Charge & Sales Tax
There will be an 18% Service Charge and 8% NYS Sales Tax on the total bill.
We offer a complete selection of beverages at both of our bars to compliment your event. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State of New York. LeRoy Country Club, as a licensee, is responsible for administration of these regulations. It is our policy that no liquor, beer or wine may be brought into the facility from outside sources. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21.
